Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Specialist to join their dynamic team in the JHB North office.

As the Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects, performing in-depth financial analysis, and mitigating financial risks. You will support projects from inception through to completion, managing financing processes, negotiating funding solutions, and presenting insights to Executive Leadership.

You will also be responsible for analysing credit risk, interpreting financial and legal data, and ensuring robust financial governance across project and operating companies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Strong financial modeling, data analysis and reporting capability

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
