Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with post-articles experience.
• 2-5 years' post-articles experience in multi-entity environments.
• Strong financial reporting and governance skills.
• Experience with payroll, tax, audit, treasury, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts across multiple entities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting packs for monthly group reporting.
• Review month-end journals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and trial balances.
• Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements.
• Ensure tax compliance across local and international entities.
• Assist with tax calculations and submissions.
• Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors.
• Support BEE processes and related audits.
• Review supplier payments and approve payments on banking platforms.
• Monitor loan schedules, repayments, and covenant calculations.
• Ensure intercompany balances reconcile across the group.
• Maintain strong financial governance and control processes.
• Manage the payroll function for local and international entities.
• Oversee fixed asset registers and depreciation processes.
• Assist with insurance administration and annual renewals.
• Budgeting and strategic projects collaboration with CFO and Financial Manager.
• Drive finance process improvements and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years' post-articles experience.
• Strong financial reporting, controls, and management accounting experience.
• Exposure to multi-entity or group finance environments.
• Strong understanding of tax, audit, payroll, treasury, and financial governance.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business
