Job summary

Tiger Brands in Gauteng is seeking a hands-on operator to run CCP equipment and ensure HACCP compliance, reporting deviations to the supervisor. The role requires reading SOPs and maintaining hygiene in the work area.

You must be flexible for shifts, overtime and weekends; you will help identify corrective actions, monitor wastage, downtime and ensure safety practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Functionally literate and numerate.
• Understanding of process specifications/recipes/interpretation of data.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understand goals and objectives as explained by the supervisor.
• Able to work shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Team player with good collaboration.
• Self-motivated with high levels of personal discipline.
• Willing to be trained and multi-skilled.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCP equipment according to SOP.
