Wabtec seeks a Control Room Operator to monitor real-time systems, coordinate field responses, and ensure safety and compliance across operations in the Digital Mine segment.

The role involves incident reporting, log maintenance, and collaboration with field technicians and managers to drive timely, accurate operational data and communications. You will produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, escalate issues when needed, and help implement control room procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Certificate or Diploma in Operations, Safety, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.
• Familiarity with operational systems and control room technologies.
• Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operational systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Ensure daily reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Communicate with field teams to coordinate responses and relay instructions.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, communications, and system status.
• Escalate issues to relevant departments or managers as required.
• Support the compilation of weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining control room procedures and protocols.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
