Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems and respond to alerts and incidents.

• Escalate issues to relevant departments or managers as required.

The Control Room Operator plays a critical role in monitoring and coordinating field operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance. This position is responsible for real-time data tracking, incident reporting, and communication between field teams and management. The role supports operational continuity and contributes to the overall performance of the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor operational systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Ensure daily reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Communicate with field teams to coordinate responses and relay instructions.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, communications, and system status.
• Escalate issues to relevant departments or managers as required.
• Support the compilation of weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining control room procedures and protocols.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• Operations Manager - reporting and escalation.
• Field Technicians and Team Leads - coordination and communication.
• HSE Administrator - incident reporting and compliance.
• Account Manager - data sharing and client reporting.

• Clients - communication during incidents or operational updates.
