Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Operations, Safety, or a related field.
• Experience with incident reporting and log maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with control room technologies and standard safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Ensure daily reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Communicate with field teams to coordinate responses and relay instructions.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, communications, and system status.
• Escalate issues to relevant departments or managers as required.
• Assist in compiling weekly and monthly operational reports and improving procedures.
