Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Control Room Operator in an industrial or Oil & Gas setting.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA) and process monitoring.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control industrial processes using DCS and SCADA.
• Respond to alarms and operational upsets with timely actions.
• Maintain accurate logs of operational activities, equipment status, and production data.
• Communicate status and issues with field operations and management.
