Job summary

Skyjacks is seeking a Contracts Manager (Suspended Access) to oversee the operational, commercial and financial performance of allocated contracts. The role combines leadership of site teams with active sales and business development, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable project execution.

You will manage contract administration, cost control and reporting while building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Must have solid contract and operations management experience in industrial services or construction.
• Experience with safety, risk assessments and project documentation before work commences.
• Track record in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of Suspended Access contracts, delivering on time and within budget.
• Lead site managers, supervisors, drivers and operations teams with effective planning and resource allocation.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, and managing the sales pipeline in Syrinx.
• Ensure contract administration, invoicing, cost control and financial reporting.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with JBCC/NEC terms.
