Placements24 seeks a strategic Contracts Manager for Mahikeng, North West to lead contract administration and commercial matters on major construction projects. You will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize project profitability.

You will collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders, negotiating amendments, handling variations and claims, and maintaining rigorous contract records.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Law, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Professional qualification in contract management is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of contract management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to close-out.
• Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and specs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by all parties.
