This senior role involves managing all contract-related activities, including procurement, negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution, ensuring that the company's interests are protected and that projects are executed within contractual terms. You will play a vital role in managing risk and maximizing commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of construction contracts, from pre-qualification to close-out.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions are secured.

• Oversee the tendering process for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual integrity.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and liabilities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related commercial field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction contract management, preferably within Mpumalanga.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, FIDIC forms of contract, and construction industry standards.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
