Job summary

The role covers end-to-end order fulfilment, stock coordination, dispatch and delivery, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communication with customers.

The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be highly organised, and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Order fulfilment or order-processing experience preferred.
• Supply chain / logistics / warehouse exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders.
• Capture and update order information.
• Maintain accurate order records.
• Respond to customer order queries.
• Communicate delivery timelines and delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing.
• Generate shipping labels and packing documentation.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock replenishment.
• Track outgoing shipments.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Assist with stock counts and cycle counts.
• Support inventory audits.
