• Matric; 5+ years in transport management; 2+ years in a managerial role; knowledge of transport methods, costs and benefits; proficient with MS Office; strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful management and execution of a dedicated customer contract.
• Act as the primary operational interface between AGL and the customer.
• Ensure all contractual obligations, KPIs, and service commitments are consistently achieved.
• Develop and implement contract-specific operational strategies aligned with customer requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day transport and logistics operations.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and customer expectations.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff across all operational functions.
• Prepare and present departmental reports and budgets.
