Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Contract & Compliance Support to manage day-to-day admin behind contractor and SoW business. You will onboard contractors, ensure compliance, and prepare documents for invoicing, working closely with the Head of Sales Operations.

The role evolves to cover more client operations admin as you gain experience. Responsibilities include issuing region-specific contracts, managing IR35 determinations, and maintaining compliant records across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Contract, compliance or contractor admin experience in a recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of contractor engagement models (umbrella, B2B, limited company) and IR35.
• Knowledge of UK and global contractor compliance rules is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working across several markets and templates at once.
• Excellent written English, since most communication is by email.

Responsibilities

• Contractor onboarding: write emails, verify offer details, and umbrella setup.
• Contracts and compliance: issue templates, draft amendments, IR35 status determinations.
• Contractor management: check-ins, handle queries, update paperwork.
• Timesheets and invoicing support: chase submissions and margin invoices.
• SoW and engagement admin: track scope, deliverables, timelines, and changes.
• Client onboarding and delivery support: onboarding across Wave Talent and company.
• Commercial relationship support: investor and partner coordination as needed.
• Operational reporting: maintain data accuracy and weekly delivery reports.
• Nice to have: assist with RFPs, RFQs, and onboarding packs.
