Job summary

Rubix UK&I is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to embed a CI culture across the business, leading improvement projects and training staff at all levels. You’ll apply Lean, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA and Six Sigma to boost efficiency, reduce working capital and raise service quality.

You will collaborate with Key Account, Technical, Supply Chain and Regional teams to develop metrics, visual management tools and problem-solving frameworks that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience embedding continuous improvement across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision making.
• Proven knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA and Six Sigma.
• Comfort presenting metrics and leading change at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify continuous improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Embed continuous improvement excellence across the organisation.
• Train and empower others to lead improvement initiatives.
• Ensure improvements align with strategy and initiatives.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of improvements.
• Suggest modifications to improve throughput and reduce working capital.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CI techniques.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and value stream mapping.
• Create and apply a toolkit of problem solving tools.
• Raise Rubix UK&I profile through CI throughout the business.
• Develop enhanced visual management and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Key Account, Technical, Supply Chain and regional teams.
