Jobspage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead content operations and client portal management for our ESG-focused clients. You will oversee marketing automations and guide projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience within the portal.

You will collaborate with content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists to optimize workflows, resolve platform issues, and implement new features that improve portal functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with SuiteDash, Intercom and Shopify.
• Experience in a digital agency environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to resolve technical issues related to platform management.
• Proactive, independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated order creation and updates in the client portal upon service purchase.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring deadline adherence and high-quality work.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to project progress and portal access.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists for smooth project execution.
• Optimize and improve the client portal experience, addressing technical issues and incorporating feedback.
• Continuously explore new features and integrations to enhance portal functionality and efficiency.
