Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior Learning & Content Leader to head the content development function and team.

You will drive content strategy, product development and programme innovation, ensuring academic governance, quality assurance and compliance across learning solutions.

Collaborating on LMS, digital learning and AI‑enabled content initiatives, you will manage multiple projects, timelines, resources and quality to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years in content development, instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, or learning solutions.
• Previous management experience essential.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Knowledge of QCTO and accreditation requirements advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and project management capabilities.
