This hands-on role requires a dedicated individual to oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on the construction site, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all construction activities meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage the delivery and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Maintain accurate daily site logs, including progress reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders regarding site progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Identify potential risks and issues on site and report them promptly to management for mitigation.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of site operations in coordination with the project team.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related trade qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Proven experience in industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of site logistics and resource management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• A valid driver's license.
