RPO Recruitment’s client in Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead building and Infrastructure projects within a consulting environment. You will oversee all phases from inception to completion, coordinating consultants and contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring contract administration and safety compliance. The role requires SACPCMP registration and 5–10 years of PM experience. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
SACPCMP registration as Project Manager.
5–10 years of experience in construction project management.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, consultants and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage construction projects throughout all phases, ensuring delivery in terms of scope, budget, quality and programme.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and mitigate.
Chair and attend project meetings, prepare progress reports and maintain communication with clients.
Manage project budgets, schedules and contract administration activities.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and health and safety requirements.
Foster strong client relationships and high service delivery.
