Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post-registration experience in construction.
• Registration with SACPCMP as Professional Construction Project Manager.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PMBOK, and Primavera.
• Knowledge of JBCC, NEC, GCC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high quality.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, stakeholders and clients from planning through execution and handover.
