Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and supervision of day-to-day activities on large-scale EPC construction projects in Gauteng. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, organisation, and the ability to resolve site constraints with cross-functional teams including planning and procurement, while maintaining clear progress reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors across relevant construction disciplines.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and material requirements.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress against the construction programme and implement recovery actions.
• Enforce site health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, engineering team, Planner and procurement team to resolve site constraints.
• Lead site coordination meetings and report on progress, risks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, snag resolution and handover activities.

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes.
• Strong leadership, organisational and practical problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to site safety and quality.
• Willingness to work on project sites and attend the Johannesburg office as project requirements dictate.
