Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification is a strong asset.
• 10+ years of project management experience in construction and real estate development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 and financial management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicts.
