Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in admin, logistics, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in stock administration or warehouse control.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation ability.
• Good Excel and ERP system skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow up proactively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for all consignment warehouses.
• Coordinate with consignment agents on balances and movements.
• Prepare regular consignment stock reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly stock reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Support compliance with stock procedures and controls.
