Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in stock administration or warehouse control.
• Diploma or certificate in administration, logistics, accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation ability.
• Good Excel and ERP system skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow up proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage consignment stock warehouses and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with consignment agents and depots; ensure documentation for stock transactions.
• Prepare regular consignment stock reports and assist with monthly reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Participate in stock counts and audits to strengthen controls.
