Labour is seeking qualified professionals to plan and conduct inspections to enforce Labour Relations, OHSA and related acts. You will investigate reported cases, prepare presentations for court, and contribute to regional inspection plans with thorough reporting.

Candidates should hold relevant degrees in Labour relations or engineering/health fields, with demonstrated knowledge of applicable acts and strong analytical/reporting skills.

Formación

• Qualifications in Labour relations or related engineering/health fields as required.
• Knowledge of Labour Legislation and safety standards.
• Experience with inspections and enforcement desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct substantive inspections for compliance with labour legislation.
• Investigate alleged contraventions and present cases in court as a State witness.
• Prepare reports and contribute to regional inspection planning and analytics.

Three year tertiary qualification in Labour Relations

B. Tech Degree in Labour Relations
