Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with 3-5 years in compliance or regulatory law.
• Strong knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and advise on regulatory requirements affecting the financial services industry.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance obligations.
• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
