Rushcliffe Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver person-centred care across residents at Heron Court. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to a calm, safe environment. The role includes an enhanced DBS check funded by Rushcliffe Care and a structured induction with ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote the dignity and independence of individuals we support.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meals and social interactions.
• Participate in social activities, outings and hobbies to create a vibrant environment.
• Provide emotional and psychological support through active listening and conversation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and report changes in service users' state.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep environments safe and clean.
• Undertake training including Care Certificate during probation.
