Renaissance Care invites applications for a Domestic Assistant position at Jesmond Care Home. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring they feel at home and valued.

The role is 30 hours per week with opportunities for progression. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and understanding of COSHH, HACCP and infection control, plus strong teamwork and independent work skills.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or sector.
• Knowledge of COSHH, HACCP and infection control procedures.
• Strong communicator who works well in a team or independently.
• Attention to detail with respect for residents' dignity and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the home, including personal rooms, en-suites and all communal areas.
• Ensure the environment is clean, tidy, homely and welcoming for residents.
• Assist with daily activities where appropriate to engage residents.
