National Care Group is hiring a Bank Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across multiple sites. The role focuses on building relationships, planning daily activities, personal care support, and supporting independent living in a client-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and participate in any exciting days out requested by the individuals we support.
• Strive to help someone become more independent wherever possible.
