Job summary

Cygnet Kenney House in Oldham is seeking a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. The role offers 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends, to support women with mental health needs in a secure care pathway.

You will provide physical and emotional support, guidance, and tailored care plans. A minimum of 6 months mental health experience is required, and an enhanced DBS check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months mental health experience.
• DBS check required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
