Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating or supervising recreational sports programs.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and supervision of diverse recreational sports programs and events.
• Manage and schedule facility usage, ensuring optimal availability and readiness for all activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers involved in sports programs.
• Enforce rules and regulations, ensuring participant safety and upholding sportsmanship.
• Assist in budget management, inventory control, and the procurement of necessary sports equipment and supplies.
