Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Recreation Centre Manager to lead operations at a vibrant facility in Tembisa. You will oversee daily operations, programs, staffing, and customer service, delivering high-quality recreational experiences for the community.

The role focuses on strategic direction, budgeting, growth of membership, and ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of facility management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for community engagement.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience managing a recreation facility.
• Strong knowledge of recreation program development and sports management.
• Proven budgeting experience and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or related field.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, programming, facility maintenance, and customer service.
• Develop and market diverse recreational programs for all age groups.
• Manage budgets, control expenses and seek revenue opportunities.
