Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recreation management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and manage strategic plans to enhance facility services and member satisfaction.

• Manage operational budget, revenue generation, expenses and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards and maintain a secure environment.
• Organize and promote a diverse range of recreational programs, events and activities for all ages.
