Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator for a fully remote team serving Pietermaritzburg and KwaZulu-Natal communities. You will design and implement outreach strategies, and build relationships with community leaders, organizations and schools through virtual channels.

You will organize online events, create engaging digital content, analyze campaign results, and report progress to senior management to expand impact and opportunities for underserved populations in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with strong time management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for diverse virtual audiences.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Communications, Public Administration.
• Understanding Pietermaritzburg socio-economic context is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
