• Ability to work with diverse populations in Mossel Bay region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for families, identifying areas requiring support in parenting, child development, and household management.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans for families, coordinating services with relevant agencies and professionals.
• Facilitate parenting workshops and educational sessions aimed at enhancing family communication and child-rearing skills.
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention to families experiencing difficulties.
• Assist families in accessing community resources, such as healthcare, housing assistance, and educational opportunities.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of family interactions, interventions, and progress.
