• 4+ years of experience in community liaison, stakeholder engagement, or social development (mining sector preferred).
• Able to engage diverse community groups and build consensus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of social impact assessment and community development principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy for the mining project.
• Facilitate regular forums, meetings, and consultations with community leaders and residents.
• Address and resolve community grievances and concerns in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Monitor and report on socio-economic impacts and benefits derived from the project.
• Coordinate the implementation of community development initiatives and local procurement programs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local government officials and community representatives.
