Job summary

OUTsurance in South Africa is seeking a Commercial Retention Advisor to engage with clients and protect relationships within the OUTsurance family. You will handle conversations, address queries and ensure service excellence according to our standards.

The role prefers candidates with retention or commercial insurance experience and FAIS RE1 exposure; strong communication, negotiation, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

• 3 years Retention experience - Advantageous
• Previous Commercial Insurance experience - Advantageous
• Applicants that have been working in the financial services industry prior to December 2010, preference will be given to applicants with their FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE1) completed.

Job Description

Our Commercial Retention Advisors are responsible for having crucial conversations when need be. It is their responsibility to retain clients and make sure these clients remain part of the OUTsurance family.

Dealing with client queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way, in accordance with the quality standards that are in place and in accordance with the values of OUTsurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years Retention experience - Advantageous
• Previous Commercial Insurance experience - Advantageous
• Applicants that have been working in the financial services industry prior to December 2010, preference will be given to applicants with their FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE1) completed. Applicants without prior financial advice experience will not be prejudiced
