Job summary

OUTsurance, based in Centurion, is looking for a focused Client Care professional to upsell to existing clients and handle incoming calls within the Business Client Care Department. The role emphasizes high attention to detail and professional handling of queries or complaints.

You will contribute to product penetration, call quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 3 yearsSales or Client Care experience - Advantageous.
• Previous Commercial Insurance experience - Advantageous.
• FAIS accreditation is essential (RE and Full Qualification) for applicants that have been working in the financial industry prior to December 2010, preference will be given to applicants with their FAIS Exams (RE5) completed
