Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial property management or asset management.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing commercial property portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, operations, and financial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and MS Office Suite.
