Job summary

OUTsurance in Stellenbosch is seeking an energetic Broker Tied Agent to grow our personal and commercial lines portfolio. You will prospect, canvass and close new business while building lasting client relationships in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will receive a six-week training program, a company laptop, a fuel card and a cellphone, plus opportunities for career progression within the OUTsurance network.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
• Must have own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access to the vehicle and a valid code B driver’s license.
• 3 years external sales experience in a face‑to‑face environment.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business.
• Report to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and collaborate with the Commercial team.
