Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman on commercial projects.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to enforcing strict safety protocols on site.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
