Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with managing subcontractors and coordinating trades.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
