• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the operational budget for the cleaning department.
• Implement training programs for staff on new cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain detailed records of operations, staff activities, and client feedback.
