About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Commercial Cleaning Operations Lead to remotely manage and oversee cleaning services for their various commercial properties located in and around Centurion . This is a fully remote position, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively coordinate and monitor cleaning teams and operations from a distance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cleaning operations, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring client satisfaction, all while working autonomously. You will be the primary point of contact for operational matters, ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently met across all designated sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation strategies for commercial properties in the Centurion area.
• Remotely supervise and manage cleaning staff and third-party cleaning contractors.
• Establish and maintain high-quality cleaning standards and protocols.
