Responsibilities
  • Commercial Growth Leader: Drive commercial bank revenue by managing and cross-selling to an existing portfolio, and actively acquiring new-to-bank high-revenue commercial customers.
  • High-Value Acquisition: Focus on attracting new commercial clients with an annual turnover between R30 million and R1 billion.
  • Specialised Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients in critical industries like Agri, Franchise, Fintech, and Manufacturing.
  • Financial Solutioning: Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis, recommend tailor-made solutions, and leverage expertise to support the digitisation of clients.
  • Risk and Credit Management: Partner with credit managers to minimise impairment risk and prepare large, complex credit applications.
Experience
  • 7–10 years of total relevant experience, including:
  • Experience in Relationship Management within the financial sector.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Acquisition is essential.
  • Experience in Agriculture is a distinct advantage.
