Job summary

FEM seeks a COID Policy Administrator for its Head Office in Rosebank. The role focuses on policy administration, payroll data capture and wage calculations for earnings returns, and ensuring accurate documentation to support policyholders.

The successful candidate will review payroll submissions, explain the Return of Earnings process, and assist with premium assessments, leveraging a finance or bookkeeping background and COID Act knowledge.

Qualifications

• Matric with good English literacy.
• Certificate or diploma in finance, accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in underwriting, finance or related environment.
• Knowledge of the COID Act will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent customer focus, ability to work under pressure, reliability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of registration documents.
• Capture new policy assessments and calculate wages.
• Obtain and complete the final Return of Earnings.
• Review payroll information and assist policyholders by explaining the return of earnings process and premium assessment.
