Placements24 is recruiting a passionate Residential Real Estate Agent for Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will guide clients through buying and selling homes, provide expert advice, and deliver outstanding service in a vibrant coastal market.

You will list properties, conduct market appraisals, advertise listings, show homes, negotiate offers, and manage the transaction process from contract to closing, with a strong focus on client communication and local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or salesperson.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• List residential properties for sale, including market appraisals and pricing strategy advice.
• Market properties through online portals, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Manage administrative and legal aspects of property transactions to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide updates and guidance throughout the Mossel Bay process.
