Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including staff supervision, training, and development.
• Design and implement innovative, high-quality menus for the restaurant and event catering.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure excellence.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
