Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a qualified technician to monitor plant parameters, collect gas samples, and support maintenance in beverage/food processing environments.

You will ensure compliance with ISO 22000, FSSC, or HACCP standards while tracking daily logs and safety thresholds in line with OHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SCADA/PLC control systems and process instrumentation.
• Experience operating utilities or industrial process plants in beverage or FMCG sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with pressure vessels and compressors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rates, and gas purity) using control systems and HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Collect gas samples, conduct purity and quality tests, and ensure compliance with ISO 22000, FSSC, or HACCP in beverage/food plants.
• Perform minor equipment servicing, inspect compressors, valves, and gas detectors, and assist maintenance during planned shutdowns or breakdowns.
• Record daily production logs, monitor safety thresholds under regulations like the OHS Act, and handle road tanker loading.

• 2 - 3 Years experience operating utilities or industrial process plants (especially in beverage / FMCG sectors)
• Familiarity with pressure vessels, compressors, SCADA/PLC control systems, basic mechanical/instrumentation troubleshooting
