You will manage escalated technology queries, process cases, and ensure SLA adherence while expanding your knowledge of our products and cloud environments.

The role requires 1-3 years in similar tech support or consulting, experience with web/mobile apps, Moodle LMS familiarity, and strong client-facing skills in an ITSM/ITIL

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical application support or technical consulting role
• 1-3 years of experience implementing and supporting web and mobile applications
• 1-3 years of experience with cloud technologies; preference given to AWS
• Experience leading client facing meetings and technical engagements
• Experience working within an ITSM / ITIL governed environment
• Experience with teaching and learning technologies; preference given to Moodle LMS

• Assisting clients with escalated technology and product queries
• Accurate and timely processing of support cases using the Company's and/or partner support systems
