Job summary
Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Technical Lead to support our customer services organisation. The role spans Proactive and Cloud client work, ensuring standardized managed cloud services, incident resolution, and successful transition to operations.
The candidate will drive architectural updates, security and cost management, and set technical standards across RMS and client teams, collaborating with Platform Architects and vendor partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or relevant qualification
- AWS Practitioner and AWS Architect certifications
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
- ITIL Foundation certification advantageous
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Azure & AWS services and align to client requirements
- Optimize Azure & AWS services for clients
- Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution
- Transition services to operational teams
- Conduct technical assessments and service improvements
- Identify security risks and track mitigations
- Mentor engineers and consultants in product knowledge
- Lead large complex service design with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to vendor management and service delivery transitions
